Below is our policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

Resolution:
We will either send a free replacement or refund the full purchase price (including shipping).

2. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with the print provider and carrier to investigate and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement.

3. Change of Mind / Wrong Size

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

Please double-check size charts and details before completing your purchase.

4. Return Shipping

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item. Photos are sufficient for verification.

If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions and cover shipping costs.
